Wellbeing At Work Training

Wellbeing At Work Training

Catalyst (and its predecessor organisation Waveney Counselling Service) has a long history of providing psychotherapeutic training and support in the local community. For many years we have provided training and qualifications in counselling and continuing professional development for those in the caring professions. We have also organised and hosted regional conferences.

As a social enterprise we aim to share our knowledge and skills to underpin wellbeing in the local community.

Our 'Wellbeing at Work' Programmes are designed to provide practical help and training for organisations and business. We know that awareness of psychotherapeutic principles works for clients in a counselling setting, and believe that a greater awareness and knowledge of these principles within the wider working context can also help individuals and groups to deal with or avoid many of the pressures that can lead to burnout.
